08-OCT-04 17:50 UT: Heinz OE5EEP reported below average conditions. This image was taken in the hour after his local sunset, and shows doppler effect doubling due to the sunset line somewhere between our QTH's.
08-OCT-04: Heinz also reported sudden and complete fade out at 19:43, taking only a few seconds. It seems that these days propagation is favouring these sudden changes in condx rather than the usual gradual QSB.
09-OCT-04: Weak reception in Norway by Steinar LA5VNA. This screenshot shows the "crown" and QRSS10. It takes some imagination but fortunately Steinar has circled the signal traces ;-)
09-OCT-04: Four nice Hell images from Peter PA1SDB. Software problems with Spectran appeared to have shifted some of the "pixels" up a few Hz. See also spikes on the QRSS10 section of the following image.
09-OCT-04: Complete cycle from PA1SDB.
10-OCT-04: Good conditions allowed this nice clear complete cycle from Heinz OE5EEP.
